Over the years, many local (and not so local) people have volunteered their time and expertise to help operate the museum. This project is funded by the Arts Council England. The museum is within Dinton Pastures Nature Reserve and sited just outside of what was the perimeter of Woodley airfield. The airfield is gone but remembered by certain buildings that still survive and the street names of the housing estates that are now built on the site. Medium term outcomes Long term outcomes.
